Punch Structure and its working principle
There are many types of punch presses. The commonly used open presses are shown in Figure 3-16. The motor 4 drives the large flywheel 9 through the V-belt 10 to rotate. When the pedal 12 is depressed, the clutch 8 connects the large flywheel to the crankshaft and rotates, and then the link 11 makes the slider 11 reciprocate up and down along the guide rail 2 for punching processing. . When the pedal is released, the clutch is disengaged, and the brake 6 immediately stops the rotation of the crankshaft and stops the slider at the highest position.

First, deep drawing: A stamping process in which a straight wool or a process piece is changed into a hollow member or a hollow member is further changed in form and size. Second, trimming: Using a metal stamping die to trim the edge of the forming process to make it have a certain diameter, a certain height or a certain shape of a stamping process.
Third, punching: A stamping process that separates waste material from a material or process component along a closed contour to obtain the desired hole in the material or workpiece.
Fourth, flanging: A stamping process that will turn into a short side along the contour curve.
Fifth, turning hole: A stamping process that turns the material around the internal hole into a lateral flange.
Sixth, blanking: A stamping process in which the material is separated along a closed contour, and the separated material becomes a workpiece or a work piece, most of which are planar.
Seventh, shaping: Relying on the flow of materials, a small amount of changes in the shape and size of the process parts to ensure the accuracy of a stamping process.
