1. Wire compression spring (pressure spring)
The wire compression spring (pressure spring) is a coil spring that receives axial pressure. The material used is mostly circular in cross section. It is also rolled with rectangular and multi-strand steel. The spring is generally of equal pitch and the shape of the compression spring. 2. Rubber spring
Rubber spring is a kind of polymer elastomer with small self-generated heat, good resilience, stable mechanical properties, long service life and low cost.
3. Composite spring
The composite spring is an elastic body composed of a metal coil spring and a rubber composite. It combines the advantages of a metal spring and a rubber spring, overcomes the shortcomings of both, has stable shape and mechanical properties, and can withstand heavy loads and large deformations. The vibration isolation and noise reduction effect is good. The work is stable. The over-resonance time is short. It is especially suitable for large-scale vibration equipment in the mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries.
4. Rubber air spring
The rubber air spring is a rubber element which is formed by vulcanization of a cord layer, an inner and outer rubber layer or a steel wire ring to form a flexible body, and which is elasticized by the compressibility of air. Commonly known as air springs, rubber balloons, air bags, etc.
