The iron ion of the solution shall not exceed 10g/L when the nickel is pre-plated, and the copper ion shall not exceed 1g/L. 5. When electroplating copper is carried out after nickel plating, the cyanide copper plating is not too thick, the free sodium cyanide is not too low, and the current density is not too large, otherwise it is easy to cause poor bonding. 6. The pre-plating is performed by using a low-pH nickel chloride solution, and after washing with hydrochloric acid, impact nickel plating is performed.
