In fact, most of the actual machining errors are due to irrational machining processes, and the basic machining process is guaranteed (for example, “rough-to-fine, first-to-rear-hole, first-to-large-face and small-side facet” for milling CNC machining) or In the use of the fixture, "reducing the number of clamping and using the combination of fixtures" and other basic processing details, to minimize the processing error caused by iron filings on the aluminum parts, because the aluminum parts are very soft, and the removed iron scraps easily make aluminum. Pieces cause processing errors. For example, in the FANUC or Huazhong machining center, use the G83 command as far as possible to drill deep holes so that the iron chips can be discharged instead of the G73 command.
